These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pak1122 website, chat and app (the "Service"), operated by Pak1122 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for making sure your use of any game or promotion is legal where you live. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password private.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you think your account was accessed without permission.

3. Support chat

The chat lets you contact our support team about games, accounts and rewards. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or other sensitive financial details in the chat. We may keep chat history and shared images to help you and to keep the Service safe.

4. Balance, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

• Your balance is added after the team approves your deposit. Withdrawals are paid to your own wallet after the team checks them; you need a withdraw PIN and, if you received a bonus, you must first play the required amount in games.
• Bonuses (signup, first deposit, rebate, cashback, red packet, invite rewards and others) are given only to real people. Fake, duplicate or linked accounts are not allowed and their bonuses and winnings can be removed.
• Some games count only partly toward bonus play-through and turnover rewards.
• We may change, pause or end any bonus or promotion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not harass our team or other users, send illegal or harmful content, try to break or overload the Service, or use it for fraud. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Games and results

Every game result is decided by our server. Games can be won or lost; play only with money you can afford to lose. You must be 18 or older.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes we will let you know on the site or in the chat. Using the Service after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we are registered, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
